Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Other international destinations: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available), allowing you to track your package.

Customs & Import Duties

Lost or Delayed Packages
